Moving can be a stressful event.  And end of lease cleaning can be a daunting task.  There is a lot of work and time involved and most people don't have the time to clean, let alone understand the standard of cleaning required to pass a final inspection.   It can be frustrating when you don't know what chemicals or products to use or even where to start!

Fix-up Cleans                                                                                                                                                           

Tried cleaning yourself/or hired someone to do it and it hasn't passed your agents inspection?  We can help you!  We can arrange pick up of keys from your agent and fix-up your unit/house to meet your agents expectations so you get your bond back.  Fix-ups are charged on an hourly rate from time of pick up to drop off of keys with a minimum charge of $80.

Fix-up cleans can also be arranged by Real Estate Agents/Property Managers on behalf of tenants who fail to meet cleaning requirements.
